President Obama has made another Executive order appointment, Cass Sunstien, this man is dangerous and will swing a big stick. I obtained the following from Wikipedia, this is what Sunstien is quoted as sayin, "
Cass Sunstine, Obamas new Regulatory Czar said the following.....
"The interpretation of federal law should be made not by judges but by the beliefs and commitments of the U.S. president and those around him, according to Sunstein. "There is no reason to believe that in the face of statutory ambiguity, the meaning of federal law should be settled by the inclinations and predispositions of federal judges. The outcome should instead depend on the commitments and beliefs of the President and those who operate under him," argued Sunstien."
Correct me if I am wrong, sounds like something a dictator might say, at least it does to me.
Sunstien was appointed as the REGULTORY Czar, another appointment which was not approved by Congress, and he was not vetted. What's new, Obama just doing whatever he desires. Sunstien will be in a position to rewrite or abolish any Federal regulations that Obama administration does not like. Makes Sunstien very very dangerous. We need to do our homework and understand what this administration is attempting to do. Sunstien wants to eliminate the word "marriage" from existence, and use wording like civil agreements, that's nuts.
The list of Czars are growing, according to Wikipedia, Obama has 39 Czars, the Congress has to pass legislation to eliminate Presidential Czars, no mas.
Anyway, I will close with this, please do your homework on the Presidential appointed czars and research who they are, in what I have read so far about Sunstien, I have major issues on how he wants to do things, he had strange beliefs in some important areas.
