Has anyone looked out of the window lately and seen the price of gas prices lately, they just seem to sky rocket and bounce up and down.  One would think that your president would  jump through hoops like a trained dog to lower crude oil prices and create jobs by the bushel's basket full. No No No says Obama,  I am NOT going to approve the Keystone pipeline, which would run from Canada to Texas.  That would lower fuel prices and create jobs.

I agree with Obama,  yes I do, I would much rather pay $5.oo a gallon than $2.00 a gallon and not create jobs here at home, RIGHT!  Obama has decided to SCREW the United States out of jobs and lower crude oil prices and create jobs and lower crude in China. Yes China, why not, they are our landlords as it is; my thought is  "Is this man is out of his MIND." I think so. This country is dying, there are no jobs, and gas prices are soaring.  This is what Obama wants, the higher the price the crude, the better off.  He wants us to buy his crappy EXPENSIVE ($40,000) electric car. Can you just see a Farmer and his electric Pickup, pulling cotton trailers? Not is south Texas.

(CNN)The Obama administration will announce this afternoon that it is rejecting a Canadian firm’s application for a permit to build and operate the Keystone XL pipeline, a massive project that would have stretched from Canada’s oil sands to refineries in Texas, according to people who have been briefed on the matter.However, the administration will allow TransCanada to reapply after it develops an alternate route around the sensitive habitat of Nebraska’s Sandhills. Deputy Secretary of State William J. Burns will make the announcement, which comes in response to a congressionally mandated Feb. 21 deadline for action.

Industry officials and analysts said they expect TransCanada to submit a new route proposal for the Nebraska leg of the pipeline within two weeks. TransCanada declined to comment on the matter Wednesday; the White House declined to comment on its upcoming decision Tuesday night and Wednesday morning. Read complete story:

The administration rejected the attacks, arguing Republicans inserted an unrealistic deadline in legislation in December that was designed to force Obama's hand by the end of February. That measure came after the State Department in November moved to delay a decision in order to study a route that would avoid part of the Ogallala Acquifer, a major source of fresh water

As a Police Officer in Texas you have the authority to take a person to the hospital to have that person evaluated by a professional to determine if "this" person presents a danger to himself or to others, its call an Involuntary Commitment.

Well I have come to the conclusion that someone in Obama's administration needs to take this man to get some serious help, like NOW! This cat has no idea what in the hell he is doing.

Facing the difficulties of trying to make ends meet in this country and already so far in toilet that our debt now equals our total economy for the first time in this country's history and now Obama wants has asked for another &1.2 Trillion to the $15 Trillion we already owe.

I used to write off Obama as just being stupid, but now I see this man is in serious need of PROFESSIONAL HELP. If there are any Democratic libbers that are mental health professionals and have any inclination of saving this nation, please go have this man evaluated soon because he is just plain off his rocker asking for another 1.2 Trillion. I felt like I walked into a brick wall when I saw that...GOOD LORD man don't you know what your asking for? Apparently not or you would not ask for it in the first place.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama asked Congress Thursday for another $1.2 trillion increase in the nation’s debt limit, a request that is largely a formality but which carries election-year implications.

It was the third and final such request the president was allowed under a deal the White House reached with lawmakers in August to prevent a government default.

Congress has 15 days to reject the president’s request. Majority House Republicans, eager to criticize the president’s spending policies, immediately announced they would hold a vote next week on a resolution of disapproval.

But such a resolution would not clear the Democratic-led Senate, and the White House says Obama would veto an objection, anyway, in order to avoid default.

Obama originally planned to make this request in December, but with Congress on vacation until mid-January, lawmakers asked the president to delay his request so they could vote on the matter when they returned. Source:  

All I can say if Obama and his henchman stay the course, we will one look in the mirror one day very soon and and reflect on how great the United States Of  America once was.  All that we will have will be our memories of what it was like to be FREE,  because that is all we will have left is our memories. Recess Appointments To Be Challenged!!

I know I am not the sharpest knife in the kitchen drawer, however, it will not take an MIT graduate to understand that the Justice Department is supporting Obama in 2012. This really took a bit thinking to figure that out. 
Since Eric Holder has said the alleged recess appointments were legal.  Did that really take anyone by surprise? Naw not at all.  Especially takeing his past history

Holder does what he wants, he is a first class idiot. We received notice when Holder refused to prosecute the Black Panthers voting intimidation case. Now had that been say the "White Panthers" committing  the exact same Federal Crime, I feel relatively confident Eric Holder would have been running to the Grand Jury and present a case to indict the "WHITE PANTHERS". Now of course, I know, there is no "White Panthers Organization.", I just made up for comparison purposes.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Justice Department is publicly rebutting Republican criticism of the legality of President Barack Obama’s recent recess appointments of a national consumer watchdog and other officials. 


Of course the D.O.J. is going to rebutting the Republicans, Holder is in bed with Obama, or is  Obama is in bed with Holder.  Either way Holder is supposed to ensure that the laws of our country are  enforced equally,  and not enforced at his discretion as he has been doing. Eric Holder is an embarrassment to this country plain and simple. Ranging from his non-prosecution of the Black Panthers office supporting Obama.  However that is my opinion.

The department released a 23-page legal opinion Thursday summarizing the advice it gave the White House before the Jan. 4 appointments. GOP leaders have argued the Senate was not technically in recess when Obama acted so the regular Senate confirmation process should have been followed.

Assistant Attorney General Virginia Seitz wrote that the Ppresident has authority to make such appointments because the Senate is on a 20-day recess, even though it has held periodic pro forma sessions in which no business is conducted. Seitz argued the pro forma sessions — some with as few as one member present — have not been sufficient for the chamber to exercise its constitutional authority to advise and consent to normal presidential nominations.  Read more:

In American politics, there is going to be some type of corruption allegations tossed at a President at one time or another. I do not believe that there has been one President to complete a full term and escape politics without being accused of some type of corruption. 
Obama is no different than the rest of the Presidents ahead of him. The exception with Obama however is he is bringing most of the HEAT upon himself.  

Here is a couple of examples. He refused to release his birth certificate and school and college records. Finally after being poked and prodded, he released what he said was a valid long form birth certificate, which by the way has already been put through multiple examinations and still to this day has not been certified as authentic as far as I know.  

Who Is Protecting the Border

Post 911 we saw the formation of the Department of Homeland Security.  Whose primary responsibility was to hunt down terrorists.  Enter the Border Patrol whose primary mission was and has been to stop, detain, identify and deport illegal aliens along with interdicting the flow of narcotics into the United States.

After September 11th , the mission of the Border Patrol changed somewhat, from locating illegal aliens and narcotics, to locating terrorists along our Southern Borders. What a change.  As far as I know, I have not heard of any terrorists being detained anywhere along our 2000 mile Border.  Just because no terrorists have been located, does not mean they are not here; it simply means they have not been located.  If any terror suspects have been located, we are not being told about it at this point.

On the surface, our southern border seems to be a perfect location for terrorists to use to sneak into the U.S.  With its established smuggling corridors, the Mexican border seems ripe for a terror gateway.  Every year, hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants pass through what are basically unprotected areas along our 2,000-mile long border with Mexico.  Could sleeper cells be mixed in with the thousands of illegals that enter our country yearly, as I mentioned earlier, the answer is you bet your life they do, believe it my friend, they are here living normal life, just like you and I do.  Just waiting for the call. You can count on it. The FBI have done an excellent job locating terrorists that have been located within our borders.

Troubling as this might sound,  it seems to have gotten worse, not only the unchecked smuggling of illegal immigrants and narcotics. The fighting that has erupted has spilled over our Southern Border endangering our Border Patrol and law enforcement officers.They are fighting for the smuggling routes that have been in place for hundred of years.  If the Obama administration is not going to help, they need to move the hell over and get out of the way, because frankly, they are getting in the way.

Who Holds The Majority of the United States Debt

Here is our National Debt, broken down to who we owe. I am appalled and angry at these politicians who buried our Country in a mound of debt, to which will take years and years to dig out of, provided we can find a way to pay the debt down. To say that the debt is insurmountable is an under statement. The worse part of this financial meltdown, is how the CEO’S and CFO’S and other wall street fat cats got fatter as the rest of America has suffered. It makes no sense, none at all.

When his Kingship Obama took office, their was no doubt that he inherited a some major issues, he inherited a massive national debt of $9.268 Trillion Dollars, a huge debt.  I will have to give President Obama credit where credit is due.  I do not want to undercut his accomplishments in his 3 years at the helm of the United States.

That said, Mr. President, congratulations on a job well done. What you have done for this country is beyond belief, in such a short time you and your democratic pals have ballooned the national debt to a STAGGERING $15.23 trillion dollars.  $9.268 Trillion Dollars is all yours

Fast and Furious Linked to Immunity Deal with Sinaloa Cartel

 
(CNSNews.com) – An alleged Mexican drug trafficker awaiting trial in a Chicago federal court claims that the notorious Sinaloa cartel received weapons from “Operation Fast and Furious” under an alleged immunity agreement that the U.S. government made with cartel leaders, in exchange for information on rival gangs.  

I have been hearing for some months now, that allegedly the Obama administration has been up to their arm pits in “DEALS WITH THE SINALOA CARTEL.” When I first heard of these alleged deals, I really did scoffed at the idea; I just said to myself, no way, not even this administration would be so stupid to assist in the drug poisoning of our children in the United States or assist in the smuggling of weapons to Mexican Cartels.

I just did not want to believe that of any administration would stoop to such levels.  As a Police Officer, all you have is your integrity, once your integrity is questioned, your almost done as an Officer. So the same standards must be applied to our elected officials. Once their integrity is impugned, in my view, they are through.  After reading the following,  there is no doubt in my mind, that Eric Holder is up to his nasal cavities in this mess and he is sinking fast. Still he continues to say he really did not know what was going on.

Do you remember when Arizona passed the State law that allowed The State Of Arizona to protect its own Borders? Remember that? I do. That is when Eric Holder, the Attorney General of the United States filed a Law suit seeking to prevent Arizona from protecting its own borders.  Why in the hell would he first off, give a crap. If Arizona wants to spend the money, go for it. However, Holder through a fit and filed the suit. Why…now I know why, at least I think I do.  He wants to keep the smuggling routes open for the Cartels…a favor you might say,  to the Sinaloa Cartel. It makes sense to me now, before hand, it made no sense, that is my take on the matter.

Also, do you remember just this past July, when Obama cut a deal with Mexico to allow MEXICAN TRUCKS  free access to American highways; this makes it easy for the trucks to deliver their loads to multiple drop off points. In addition the trucks will roll in unchecked. Could this be another favor to the cartel…I venture to say yes it could be, the evidence sure would lead a reasonable and prudent person to believe so. Even Democrat Teamster Jim Hoffa has fought against this. Thus the Obama Administration is selling out a vital part of its own base for the benefit of the Sinaloa Cartel.

Removing “Legitimate” Competition: An even more striking favoritism has appeared concerning medical marijuana. Holder’s Justice Department has turned a blind eye to California medical marijuana production for over 2 years. Marijuana production has been a major growth industry in California since the legalization of medical marijuana. Hydroponic suppliers have been popping up all over, and warehouse owners are besieged from rental requests from growers. The industry is now up to 1.5 billion dollars and involves shipping to users in many states.

Not surprisingly, the IRS recently levied large taxes on growers, claiming that since growing marijuana is a federal crime, none of the business deductions related to production are deductible. It was a major new source of federal tax revenue. However a few weeks later, in a move that surprised Democrats nation-wide, Holder’s Justice Department ordered California growers to shut down in 45 days or have their assets and any real estate being used seized. Apparently both the IRS and the Justice Department were ordered to shut down the California marijuana industry regardless of the fiscal or political cost.

Marijuana users are major supporters of the Democrats and this was a shocking betrayal to them. It was also a major loss of tax revenue. It was, however, a great gift to the Sinaloa cartel. Mexican production of marijuana has more than doubled since 2005, with the Mexican Government reducing eradication efforts. The “legitimate” California marijuana industry was competition. Blocking Prosecution of Affiliated Gangs: The Justice Department’s head, Eric Holder, blocked prosecution of baton wielding Black Panthers for voter intimidation. The US Commission on Civil Rights wrote to Holder inquiring about the “broad culture of hostility to race-neutral enforcement of the civil rights laws; a pattern of harassment and intimidation against those who work on suits in which the defendants are racial minorities; and instructions from a political appointee that basic voting rights laws will not be enforced against racial minorities during this administration.” Having such a minority immunity policy from the top is a great advantage to criminal gangs who in turn work with or for the Sinaloa Cartel.  Source:obamas Watergate,drugs,Brian

Listen, I am not blind to the fact that the United States has a huge cross section of people who facilitate the drug use and smuggling of narcotics into our nation. It is the dependency of all the people around the globe that has fueled the market for drugs. I know that.  That said, I still would have said that the United States would not be a party to weapon and drug smuggling.  Fast and Furious blew that theory. Apparently was  WRONG in my assumptions.  Every day we learn a little more of what is truly going on behind the scenes.
