Minnesota City Rejects Islamic Center On Zoning Ask Holder For Help!

Mutt & Jeff
Most of all  sane people knows exactly on what side of the fence Obama Administration stands for, and it is not Christianity.  So it comes as no surprise at all when the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is on bended knees asking for brother Hussein Obamas intervention.

CAIR is pissed off when a duly elected city council members rejected the plans on a mosque because it violated the communities zoning regulations. I must obey the building codes which are in place.  If I want to build anything, I must adhere to these regulations, if not I will not be allowed to build, period. But, the Muslims do not want to go by the rules, they want to be special and not go by the rules.
St. Anthony's rejection of a proposed Islamic center marks the first time in seven years that a new Muslim house of worship has been blocked by a local government in Minnesota.
City leaders said the decision was solely a land-use issue, but Muslim leaders expressed fears that Minnesota may be joining the ranks of other states where proposed mosques and Islamic centers have been blocked by government amid anti-Islamic rhetoric and intense community resistance.
"This is the first one [in Minnesota] where we're seeing so much anti-Muslim hate involved," said Lori Saroya, president of the Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations.  Source

The Hamas-linked Islamic supremacist hate group known as the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is bent on forcing St. Anthony City Council to accept this mosque, even though it violates zoning laws. And they're asking the DoJ to investigate the "hate" that supposedly got it rejected, in yet another attempt to strong arm the American people into being passive and submissive in the face of Islamic supremacism.
An update on this story. "Minn. City Rejects Islamic Center — and Now CAIR Wants the DOJ to Investigate," from The Blaze, June 14 (thanks to all who sent this in):
The Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is calling on the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate a possible “anti-Muslim” hate crime after St. Anthony City Council almost unanimously rejected plans for a new Islamic center due to zoning concerns. On Tuesday, St. Anthony City Council voted 4-1 against providing a conditional use permit for the “Abu-Huraira Islamic Center” after tabling the item for months, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. It is reportedly the first time in seven years that an Islamic place of worship has been blocked by local government in Minnesota.
“This is the first one [in Minnesota] where we’re seeing so much anti-Muslim hate involved,” said Lori Saroya, president of the Minnesota chapter of CAIR.
The imam of the Islamic center, Sheik Ahmed Burale, said his congregation, which consists of roughly 200 people, still wants the St. Anthony location and may take the council to court over its decision, according to the Star Tribune.
There were reportedly “several residents” who criticized Islam and at least one called the religion “evil” and one that condones violence.

How could anyone have gotten the crazy idea that Islam condones violence? On Wednesday, CAIR circulated this press release:

CAIR-MN is asking federal authorities to determine whether the denial of land usage for the Islamic center constitutes a violation of the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA).
RLUIPA protects religious institutions from unduly burdensome or discriminatory land use regulations. RLUIPA and the Minnesota Constitution ban zoning restrictions that impose a substantial burden on the religious exercise of a person or institution unless the government can show that it has a compelling interest for imposing zoning restrictions and that the restriction is the least restrictive way for the government to further that interest.

The Islamic center will also reportedly get some help from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) in future court proceedings if there are any. The group regularly jumps at the chance to defend Islamic groups.

Judging from news reports, the majority of St. Anthony residents appeared to be against the Islamic center. Can you blame the citizens of St. Anthony for not wanting them in there town, much less building a mosque.  It spells nothing but TROUBLE.  But when you have a muslim as President,  CAIR figures they have a friend in HIGH places, and they do, his name is HUSSEIN OBAMA.

“You don’t live in the area, why are you looking in this area?” St. Anthony resident George Kaczor asked during the council meeting. “Why don’t you build in your own community?”
Another resident, Rob Lundeen, said there are “no pluses at all in letting this mosque in our city.”
“It’s a lose lose situation,” he continued. “If we get used by the ACLU, so be it. The ACLU doesn’t win them all. Let’s stand up for every little community and not be bullied.”

You know folks, I do not know how you feel about this, but to me this is exactly what awaits us in the very near future. If "WE" do not stand up and tell these folks face to face we do do take orders from CAIR. If you do not like it here, please by all means, back up your mosques and get the hell out of my country. I have no use for your radical views and your sharia law. I answer to only one, and that's my GOD, not your allah, or your radical extremist. There is no room for you here, especially if you believe that WE owe you.

I am sure it will be only a matter of time until we hear that the DOJ, in conjunction with the ACLU will be filing a law suit on behalf of a legitimate terrorist organization, which is attempting to get a strangle hold in St. Anthony Minnesota by trying to force the city to violate it's own zoning laws.
Ladies and gentleman, should DOJ follow through with a law suit on behalf oc the terrorist organization CAIR, what other proof do you need about the Obama Administration.
I can see it now, the United States Government filing suit on St Anthony Mn. hell, they sued Arizona, so nothing will surprise me.

It is what it is friends. As each day goes bye, so does a little bit of freedom. If in fact, the Obama Administration gets involved in this local matter, it will be a road map to what to expect, should Obama be re-elected.
The decision is ours to make,  another 4 years under this administration will be the end of the United States as we know it.
