Gun Control - Surely You Jest!

Gun control you say, who needs gun control.  According to Hussein Obama, the United States needs gun control.  President Hussein Obama will,  if given the opportunity, will  attempt to make the purchase of firearms extremely difficult everyone.

Including the hunters who enjoys the sport of hunting big game. Instead of targeting the criminal element and gangs, Obama's target is GUNS, not the CRIMINAL ELEMENT.  It is the criminal element that squeeze the trigger that kills the innocent.

President Hussein Obama has been critical of the Trayvon Martin case but why is it neither Rahm Emanuel, his good friend, former White House chief of staff, and the new Mayor of Chicago has anything to say about the epidemic of gang violence confronting his old stomping ground.  Why? The Chicago Tribune has reported that the Windy City is under siege, with homicides up 60 percent in the first three months of the Emanuel mayoralty. 

I you have follow the news at all or watch the history channel or discovery channel at all you know that hundreds, if not thousands of a very dangerous CRIMINAL GANG MS13 has infected our nations streets and neighborhoods. Which has led to more narcotics being smuggled into our country and more killings.

All because the United States has failed to secure our borders. Now I am not blaming totally Hussein Obama for this, but he is the President and he along with other presidents have FAILED to make any attempt to secure our borders.

President Barack Obama issued an executive directive in which his administration would not deport illegal immigrants who came to the United States before they were 16 years of age, are 30, and have been in the country for at least five years. Further, the Obama administration told Congress that it would take 60 days to implement the directive.

It has not been even been a month since Obama’s directive, but, according to Rep. Lamar Smith (R-TX), the federal government has already been granting illegal immigrants “tentative legal status.” More incredibly, according to a Washington Times report, immigration officials have been giving tentative legal status to those who do not even meet the requirements, according to U.S. Customs and Immigration (ICE) documents. Obama Is Fast and Furiously Covering Up Fast and Furious!

Fast and Furious continues now down a very slippery slope. F&F may very well at some point take down the Obama administration, we can only pray that it does.

The White House is now implicated in Fast and Furious, period. What has happened in my opinion is this; By Holders letter to Obama requesting and being granted executive privilege, the letter is a smoke signal to Barack Obama telling him, that Holder will not go down alone. Oh what a pleasant thought.

Well America,  The whole ugly truth about Fast and Furious has just hit us square in the face. The truth is President Hussein Obama has known the about F & F before its inception. Obama leaves no doubt that he had knowledge about this failed operation which took the life of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. It further reveals that Obama and his corrupt Attorney General have absolutely no respect for Agent Terry's family nor does he have any respect for any Border Patrol Agent, Police Officer, or Deputy Sheriff.

Agent Terry served his country with honor and distinction,  and gave in his life in the service of his country, WAS MURDERED; and was Murdered by a gun that was given to the Mexican Drug smuggling cartels by SOMEONE  in the Department of Justice. Those are the true facts, however, it appears that the Who What and Why will never be answered by this administration. That is until a new administration is elected and reveals the truths of this horror.
Obama and Holder will continue the evasion from Justice by not providing the documents which have been requested by Rep. Darrell Issa of California, head of the Congressional Oversight and Government Reform Committee.

These are the Officers and Agents who are charged with the security of our borders, and Obama has literally spit in their face. His action goes to prove Obama has no regard for the United States congress and or the laws of our nation.  All of the involved individuals, including Eric Holder and his henchman are free to do as the please, as they know Obama will cover up any illegal activity, ie, Fast and Furious. Rep. Issa met with Attorney General Holder on Tuesday in hopes of negotiating a compromise. After the meeting, he released the following statement:

"I had hoped that after this evening’s meeting I would be able to tell you that the Department had delivered documents that would justify the postponement of tomorrow’s vote on contempt.  The Department told the Committee on Thursday that it had documents it could produce that would answer our questions. Today, the Attorney General informed us that the Department would not be producing those documents. The only offer they made involved us ending our investigation

“While I still hope the Department will reconsider its decision so tomorrow’s vote can be postponed, after this meeting I cannot say that I am optimistic.  At this point, we simply do not have the documents we have repeatedly said we need to justify the postponement of a contempt vote in committee.”

Very few times that I can remember has the Mainstream media gotten it right, well not only did the get it right, they hit this story completely out of the ball park.  A well done goes out to CBS for their coverage of this story.

If anyone has any lingering thoughts that about the Obama administration, this article, should eliminate any questions you might have had that the Obama Administration is only corrupt, but that they are the most evil administration in the history of this once once proud Nation. Not until this administration is removed from the White House will "We the People have an opportunity to recover our Nations INTEGRITY.

At first I first thought I had misread the News article, I had not.  The death of any Police Officer be it a Federal Agent, as Brian Terry who was a United States Border Patrol Agent. To classify any Federal, State, County, or local officer as "COLLATERAL DAMAGE",  is OBSCENE and total disregard of Agent Terry’s death,  and disrespectful to Agents Terry’s family.  So here is the headline and the article in it’s entirety from CBS News .  Draw your own conclusions. 

WASHINGTON – In secretly recorded conversations between two individuals deeply entwined in the ATF’s controversial “Fast and Furious” operation, the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry is described as “collateral damage.”

The recordings were obtained exclusively by CBS News. The man who made them – Arizona gun dealer Andre Howard – ran the Lone Wolf Trading Company and was speaking with Hope MacAllister, the ATF operation’s case agent.

Two of the guns Howard sold while cooperating with the ATF that were later found at Terry’s murder.  “It happened. It’s terrible,” Howard said. “That’s life ok we move on.”

Both Howard and MacAllister also shared concerns about Special Agent John Dodson who by that point had gone public with allegations about “Fast and Furious” and was assigned to the FBI. It was Dodson who first publicly disclosed allegations about “Fast and Furious” in an interview with CBS News correspondent Sharyl Attkisson. That interview took place several weeks before the recorded conversations took place. In his interview, Dodson said thousands of guns had been allowed to “walk” to Mexico – straight into the hands of the cartels – without intervention by ATF.

In the following excerpts, they talk about the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. Two weapons purchased by ATF Fast and Furious suspects were found at the murder scene. They also discuss concerns that ATF whistleblower John Dodson, who had then been moved out of the ATF office and tasked to the FBI, has information that could be damaging to the government.

Mexico United States...Whats New...

Fast and Furious is still a hot topic in Mexico. can't say that I blame them at all. I can just imagine what would have happened here in the States had Mexico done the same. Mexico is not sending weapons, however they are sure the hell encouraging their citizens to come live in the United States.

So What should Obama do to appease Mexico?  He is good at appeasing other country's, like Saudia Arabia.  So what will Obama do to make Mexico happy? He will do NOTHING, shrug his shoulders and say "I know nothing".  Mexico wants to prosecute the Fast and Furious operators,  send Eric Holder over to Mexico and stand trail, that would suit me just fine. NOT going to happen, Mexico will moan and groan as it usually does, but not one thing will happen. Mexico can not control what happens within it's own border, much less trying to control what happens here. What Mexico needs to do is concern itself with their own issues like say the drug war, and its own economy. Frankly I am sick and tired of feeding all the illegals, and paying for their hospital bills.

Mexico wants to try United States Officials for Fast and Furious:

Fox News-While the investigation continues into the U.S. operation that helped send thousands of guns south of the border, Mexican lawmakers say they'll press for extradition and prosecution in Mexico of American officials who authorized and ran the operation.
"I obviously feel violated. I feel my country's sovereignty was violated," Mexico Sen. Rene Arce Islas told Fox News. "They should be tried in the United States and the Mexican government should also demand that they also be tried in Mexico since the incidents took place here. So Mexico wants to try our Officials, not going to happen. The the officials will be tried in the court of public opinion, in the United States, the trial will be held November of 2012. Hopefully, we the people will convict those officials and remove them from office.  Eric Holder continues to deny any knowledge of the fast and furious as does the President. What is funny, Mexico says they fell violated. What about the countless number of our citizens who have been, murdered, raped, and assaulted. What about out our Law Enforcement Officers that have been killed by illegal aliens, what about that.  All because Mexico fails to take care of their own people.  Should we file a law suit against Mexico for violations committed by illegals? I would. Mexico is in no position to criticize the United States, clean your own dirty laundry before you try to criticize the United States. Yes I agree that fast and furious was poorly handled, no doubt. Mexico is just as culpable in their own right. They are so corrupt through and through. Their own government and the Military are selling weapons to the cartels,

So, like they say, do not throw rocks in glass houses, you might cut yourself.

D.O.J. Operation.........."I'm Watchin........You"..

I guess the DOJ these days has nothing better do with their time other than sit around on company time and go BLOG browsing, or to put it bluntly, read blogs of people that do not agree with their agenda.

Now of course this is nothing more than my OPINION, and speculation of course. I can not prove nor do I want to believe that our government would stoop to such activities. However, I saw the stat-counters that show the IP addresses and the ISP information, which clearly shows that the DOJ has made multiple visits to The TexasFred Blog, a well known Texas blogger.

Fred is well known throughout the blog world and has never been shy about expressing his views and thoughts. I can say this for Fred, he is a Patriot and clearly loves his country, however, Fred, without doubt, dislikes the direction our country is headed under the Obama administration.

Recently Fred posted an article on the gun running scandal, Issa: ATF Chief Should Go but Higher Ups Also Culpable.

The article must have caught the attention of the DOJ because they have made multiple trips to The TexasFred Blog to read up on what he has been saying. I am sure that they must have gotten a burr under their saddle, as Fred's cup runneth over with his opinion. No one for sure will know why the DOJ has taken a real shine to TexasFred, but they have become real fans of Fred here lately.

Could it be he has struck a nerve with the truth?

Some people are of the opinion that Fred has disrespected the Agents and Law Enforcement in general. That is not the case at all. Fred has great respect for Police Officers and for the Special agents. If you do not know, Fred has a Son, Daughter in Law and Son in Law that are involved in Law Enforcement. Fred has a beef with the higher ups within BATF, not the agents.

This all stems from Eric Holder and Barack Obama indicating that they did not have knowledge of operation Gunrunner and Fast and Furious, which I will say again, is not possible.

How would anyone below the rank of Director be able to authorize such an operation that meant allowing sales of weapons into Mexico?

It does not pass the smell test.

Lets say, for the sake of argument, that the Director knew about the planned operation. He (Melson) would have had to have the approval of WHO? Eric Holder, the Attorney General, that’s who. Holder would in turn would had to have briefed the President. Maybe Holder didn’t tell the President, I do not know, but certainly Holder was briefed.

With that said, Holder and the Acting Director should be fired immediately, if not sooner. That is my take.

All I can say is this; draw your own conclusions based on the foot prints left by DOJ on the post by TexasFred. Could it just be a coincidence? Yes it could, but if so, then I would think that the DOJ needs to monitor their personnel closer, as the last I looked they should not be using company computers for personal business.

Unless, that is, they are conducting an investigation of some sort...but that is just my opinion.
