SENATOR GRASSLEY REVEALS DAMAGING FAST & FURIOUS MEMO

SENATOR GRASSLEY REVEALS DAMAGING FAST & FURIOUS MEMO
Grassley Reveals Damaging Fast & Furious Memo
Since fast and Furious was outed, Eric Holder has done nothing but lie and refuse to cooperate with congress. Why? You all know the answer to that, because Holder got his hand caught in the cookie jar. He knew of the operation, and approved of it.

Had this not been the case, Fast and furious would have been dead in the water from the beginning. Holder has done noting but lie and blame the Bush Administration.

Let's put the shoe on the other foot for a moment. Lets just speculate that operation Fast and Furious was an operation that was initiated on the approval of the R.A.C. (Resident Agent in Charge). had that been the case, Holder would have been jumping up and down, investigating the case and more than likely would have charged the supervisors and agents who where involved in the case. That scenario did not happen, the ball was in Holders court and he and his staff and executed a huge coverup. Now the coverup is being aided by President Hussein Obama by extending Executive Privilege to the Attorney General, Eric Holder?

It has become apparent that Senator Charles Grassley is pissed off,  he wants answers from Attorney General Eric Holder about a memo that provides evidence of deliberate lies from the DOJ.  On February 2, Senator Grassley’s investigators talked to Agent Gary Styers about his knowledge of Operation Fast & Furious.

Do you believe for a minuted that Holder is going to provide anything of substance to Senator? Hell no he is not going to give Grassley anything. Why should he when Holders accomplice (Obama) gave Holder Executive Privilege.
While positioning to observe the suspects, Special Agent Styers and other detailed agents were told by Special Agent [Hope] McAllister that agents were too close and would burn the operation. While the agents were repositioning, the transaction between the suspects took place and the vehicle that took possession of the firearms eventually left the area without the agents following it.”
The following day Agent Styers sent out a memo about this conversation and it quickly spread through the ATF. However, on February 4, Assistant Attorney General Ron Weich sent a letter to Senator Grassley claiming guns were not allowed to walk. They had to withdraw the letter in the fall because it was a “false letter.”Agent Styers documented everything discussed with the investigators. He knew all the agents in charge of Fast & Furious, but did not know the roles of individual agents. He described, in third person, his role in an operation regarding a transaction at a gas station (bold my emphasis).

Eric Holder to Testify on Fast and Furious

Eric Holder to testify on 'Fast and Furious'

Eric Holder, when will he finally fess up to the truth, his house of cards will fall down around his head at some point. Will he be prosecuted if proven he lied and covered up? Highly doubtful, his daddy Obama will give him a pass, I just hope that Holder is exposed to be the liar that we know he is.  What would be the highlight if it is exposed and that the anointed one also knew and assisted in the cover up. Which is very doubtful, maybe this just might be Obama's Watergate.   Eric Holder is to be grilled by house Republican Darrell Issa Thursday over Mexican-border gun-running.  In my way of thinking, there is just no way that Holder could not have known.

Washington (CNN) -- Attorney General Eric Holder will face off with House Republican Darrell Issa Thursday over Mexican-border gun-running, a showdown that comes after Issa and the Justice Department exchanged sharp letters in recent days.
Holder is scheduled to appear before Issa's House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Thursday to discuss the controversial sting operation called "Operation Fast and Furious."
The operation, designed to monitor the flow of weapons, allowed illegally purchased firearms to be taken from U.S. gun stores across the Mexican border to drug cartels. However, hundreds of weapons were lost or unaccounted for, and a storm of outrage erupted when two of the missing weapons were found at a site where Border Patrol agent Brian Terry was killed in December 2010.
Democrats and Republicans have since been at odds over who knew what about the operation and when.  Read complete article

The structure of the chain of command would seem to indicate that with a gun walking operation to a foreign is not an operation which a residence agent in charge could authorize. For that matter even a director of the BATF would have to obtain an approval from the head of DOJ. Reason being you are talking about an operation involving another country.

We are talking about allowing WEAPONS into another country. No one, I mean no one could authorize that type of operation without the highest of top level clearance. As luck would have it, two of the "fast and furious" weapons showed up at the murder scene of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry in Peck Canyon.
What makes Fast & Furious so offensive, is the blatant disregard for the rule of law in this operation. The the lower tiered ATF field agent is not to blame in my opinion. It is the High ranking officials in Justice that had the pulse of this operation should have plugged the plug before this fast and furious animal took shape.

Border Patrol Agent Death Considered Collateral Damage

Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry’s Death Considered Collateral Damage!

Very few times that I can remember has the Mainstream media gotten it right, well not only did the get it right, they hit this story completely out of the ball park.  A well done goes out to CBS for their coverage of this story.

If anyone has any lingering thoughts that about the Obama administration, this article, should eliminate any questions you might have had that the Obama Administration is only corrupt, but that they are the most evil administration in the history of this once once proud Nation. Not until this administration is removed from the White House will "We the People have an opportunity to recover our Nations INTEGRITY.
At first I first thought I had misread the News article, I had not.  The death of any Police Officer be it a Federal Agent, as Brian Terry who was a United States Border Patrol Agent. To classify any Federal, State, County, or local officer as "COLLATERAL DAMAGE",  is OBSCENE and total disregard of Agent Terry’s death,  and disrespectful to Agents Terry’s family.  So here is the headline and the article in it’s entirety from CBS NewsDraw your own conclusions.

WASHINGTONIn secretly recorded conversations between two individuals deeply entwined in the ATF’s controversial “Fast and Furious” operation, the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry is described as “collateral damage.”

The recordings were obtained exclusively by CBS News. The man who made them – Arizona gun dealer Andre Howard – ran the Lone Wolf Trading Company and was speaking with Hope MacAllister, the ATF operation’s case agent.

Two of the guns Howard sold while cooperating with the ATF that were later found at Terry’s murder.  “It happened. It’s terrible,” Howard said. “That’s life ok we move on.”

Both Howard and MacAllister also shared concerns about Special Agent John Dodson who by that point had gone public with allegations about “Fast and Furious” and was assigned to the FBI. It was Dodson who first publicly disclosed allegations about “Fast and Furious” in an interview with CBS News correspondent Sharyl Attkisson. That interview took place several weeks before the recorded conversations took place. In his interview, Dodson said thousands of guns had been allowed to “walk” to Mexico – straight into the hands of the cartels – without intervention by ATF.

In the following excerpts, they talk about the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. Two weapons purchased by ATF Fast and Furious suspects were found at the murder scene. They also discuss concerns that ATF whistleblower John Dodson, who had then been moved out of the ATF office and tasked to the FBI, has information that could be damaging to the government.
