OBAMA HALTS DEPORTATION , Wonder Why?

Yesterday, the Obama administration has halted DEPORTATIONS, and said the illegals will be deported on a case by case basis. You read it correctly, deportation is now based on a case by case basis. What this actually means is Obama has implemented his very own backdoor amnesty.

Obama has once again shunned Congress and made up his own law. Actually what Obama is doing is allowing any illegal alien who is already in this country illegally, to stay, provided the illegal does not have a criminal record, or if a family member is serving in the military or has served in the military.  What Obama has created is his own "BACK DOOR AMNESTY." It is what it is. 

Someone out there please explain this one detail,  anyone in United States, that is here illegally,  "HAS BROKEN FEDERAL LAW".  and therefore,  that person by definition has broken the law and is a criminal.  So they should be deported! Obama has said, if that person is a criminal, he gets deported. 

Now if this does not piss you off, nothing will.  Obama has now directed immigration enforcement officers, DO NOT PLACE  ILLEGAL ALIENS into "deportation proceedings" for merely being in the country illegally. What this silly SOB has done, is place a full page ad in the WORLD DAILY PLANET, is to COME ON DOWN, and if you can get into the country, we will not do anything to you, you are home free, to welfare, free medical services, free schooling for your children. Yes sir you will receive free tax money, section 8 housing, wic program.  If you are a good illegal alien and behave, you can be foster parents, and get payed $1000 a month per child. 

(Arizona Republic) The changes, which would allow some illegal immigrants to stay in the country indefinitely, come amid growing criticism heading into the 2012 presidential election from Latino and immigrant advocates. They are angry that President Barack Obama’s administration has deported record numbers of people after failing to fulfill a campaign promise to enact a legalization program for millions of undocumented immigrants and other immigration reforms.

They have been especially critical of a rapidly expanding program known as Secure Communities that has led to the deportation of thousands of immigration violators with no criminal records or who have committed low-level crimes along with thousands of immigrants convicted of serious crimes.

On the other side of the immigration debate, immigration-enforcement supporters quickly denounced the decision to throw out some low-priority cases and not pursue others as a form of amnesty that uses Obama’s administrative authority to bypass Congress.

 Let me tell you how this will affect some people.   Our borders are NOT SECURED, and never will be while this silly Obama is in office. Obama does not have any respect for the office which he holds, nor does he respect for the laws of the land,  and in my opinion Obama has disrespected every single  Federal, State, County, and Local Police Officer that was sworn into office; Also, in my opinion, Obama has disrespected each Federal Agent, Deputy Sheriff and every Officer that was killed in the line duty defending our nation. 

As a police officer, why do job, just pack it in and go home.  However, the dedicated Police Officers and Federal will not give in, they will continue to to do their jobs, regardless of the obstacles that have been placed on them by a incompetent president. All this president is trying to do, is appease the Hispanics and buy their VOTE. 

The oath of office which is captioned below, is why the truly dedicated officer will stay at the helm and continue to serve the people of the United States of America. They care and love their country and community.

John Doe do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter,  So help me God.   Our nations Federal Agents and Police Officers take the oath seriously, unlike the President. Who has broken his, on more than one occasion.

The president of the United States is determined to do what wants, when he wants to, without regard for the Constitution, irregardless of what congress has directed him to do. The DREAM ACT was not passed Mr. President, what is it going to take to make you understand, another 9/11 attack.  Apparently you do not care here is what you said, "the United States can absorb another 9/11.  I will address that statement in a few moments. 

The DREAM Act is a proposal in Congress to give illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children a chance at legal status if they complete two years of college or military service. Though the bill has not passed, supporters and critics alike suggested Thursday's announcement could serve to unilaterally carry out its provisions. 

A spokeswoman with the Federation for American Immigration Reform described the new policy as "blanket amnesty."  

The memo from Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director John Morton instructed staff to consider 19 factors when exercising "prosecutorial discretion" -- or the discretion an ICE attorney has in deciding whether and how to pursue an immigration case. The list includes factors similar to those in the DREAM Act, like whether someone arrived in the U.S. as a "young child," is pursuing an education or has served in the military. 

Thursday's announcement goes beyond the memo by establishing a process to flag and exempt certain illegal immigrants from deportation. A team of attorneys and officials will be tasked with reviewing the more than 300,000 cases in the system. 

An ICE memo obtained by Fox News.com said the effort would not provide "categorical relief for any group," but would try to prevent "low-priority" cases -- like those not involving convicted criminals -- from clogging the system. 

Cecilia Munoz, white house director of intergovernmental affairs, wrote on the White House blog that the review would "clear out low-priority cases on a case-by-case basis and make more room to deport people who have been convicted of crimes or pose a security risk" -- while ensuring the low-priority cases are kept "out of the deportation pipeline in the first place." 

In July of 2010 President Barack (Barry) Obama said in an interview the following;   "Obama’s essentially European world outlook has no better illustration than his comment to Bob Woodward during a July, 2010 interview that “We are stronger, is that his rationale?  To have the cajones to say that the United States can absorb another 9/11 attack because we are stronger is asinine, are you kidding me? The more he talks, the further he sticks his foot in his mouth, so please, please keep talking. 

This all ties back into the the "if you are not a criminal you can stay". Now do you think that Obama is just referring about the Hispanics only, no not at all. Obama is referring to all races who are here illegally, even the Radical MUSLIM EXTREMIST who have entered into this country illegally, and have done so by the hundreds.  

The radical extremist who are already here are not here to break any laws. They will be here and be provided with all of the false documents they will need to exist.  They are to lay low and try and blend in with the community where they live. They might become your best friend or neighbor, until the "sleeper cell" is activated. If they are activated, well let's just say this, if they succeed, we will certainly know about it.

 

Is this what you want, I am sure most of you do not, but that is what is being forced upon us. Obama is just focusing on the Hispanics because they are the majority minority, a very large voter block.  Obama wants the Hispanic votes, but how do you just focus on one class of people, you don't, you get them all, the good the bad and the ugly.  So in his amnesty package, he has to let all illegals stay in the United States, all races, who are here illegally.

Obama has just sealed our fate, just like he shoved OBAMACARE up our SIX, he has just basically guaranteed another 9/11.  Obama said so himself.  "we can absorb another 9/11" because we are stronger.

Now with another recession looming and glaring us in the face, what are you going to do Mr. Obama, KEEP SPENDING our way out of this, or are you going to continue to blame the tsunami in Japan, how about just telling the people what we already know, 

"You have no idea what in you are doing".  What you are doing and have been very successful is, "The RUINATION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" that is what you have done, and you have been quite successful.
