(CNSNews.com) – An alleged Mexican drug trafficker awaiting trial in a Chicago federal court claims that the notorious Sinaloa cartel received weapons from “Operation Fast and Furious” under an alleged immunity agreement that the U.S. government made with cartel leaders, in exchange for information on rival gangs.
I have been hearing for some months now, that allegedly the Obama administration has been up to their arm pits in “DEALS WITH THE SINALOA CARTEL.” When I first heard of these alleged deals, I really did scoffed at the idea; I just said to myself, no way, not even this administration would be so stupid to assist in the drug poisoning of our children in the United States or assist in the smuggling of weapons to Mexican Cartels.
I just did not want to believe that of any administration would stoop to such levels. As a Police Officer, all you have is your integrity, once your integrity is questioned, your almost done as an Officer. So the same standards must be applied to our elected officials. Once their integrity is impugned, in my view, they are through. After reading the following, there is no doubt in my mind, that Eric Holder is up to his nasal cavities in this mess and he is sinking fast. Still he continues to say he really did not know what was going on.
Do you remember when Arizona passed the State law that allowed The State Of Arizona to protect its own Borders? Remember that? I do. That is when Eric Holder, the Attorney General of the United States filed a Law suit seeking to prevent Arizona from protecting its own borders. Why in the hell would he first off, give a crap. If Arizona wants to spend the money, go for it. However, Holder through a fit and filed the suit. Why…now I know why, at least I think I do. He wants to keep the smuggling routes open for the Cartels…a favor you might say, to the Sinaloa Cartel. It makes sense to me now, before hand, it made no sense, that is my take on the matter.
Also, do you remember just this past July, when Obama cut a deal with Mexico to allow MEXICAN TRUCKS free access to American highways; this makes it easy for the trucks to deliver their loads to multiple drop off points. In addition the trucks will roll in unchecked. Could this be another favor to the cartel…I venture to say yes it could be, the evidence sure would lead a reasonable and prudent person to believe so. Even Democrat Teamster Jim Hoffa has fought against this. Thus the Obama Administration is selling out a vital part of its own base for the benefit of the Sinaloa Cartel.
Removing “Legitimate” Competition: An even more striking favoritism has appeared concerning medical marijuana. Holder’s Justice Department has turned a blind eye to California medical marijuana production for over 2 years. Marijuana production has been a major growth industry in California since the legalization of medical marijuana. Hydroponic suppliers have been popping up all over, and warehouse owners are besieged from rental requests from growers. The industry is now up to 1.5 billion dollars and involves shipping to users in many states.
Not surprisingly, the IRS recently levied large taxes on growers, claiming that since growing marijuana is a federal crime, none of the business deductions related to production are deductible. It was a major new source of federal tax revenue. However a few weeks later, in a move that surprised Democrats nation-wide, Holder’s Justice Department ordered California growers to shut down in 45 days or have their assets and any real estate being used seized. Apparently both the IRS and the Justice Department were ordered to shut down the California marijuana industry regardless of the fiscal or political cost.
Marijuana users are major supporters of the Democrats and this was a shocking betrayal to them. It was also a major loss of tax revenue. It was, however, a great gift to the Sinaloa cartel. Mexican production of marijuana has more than doubled since 2005, with the Mexican Government reducing eradication efforts. The “legitimate” California marijuana industry was competition. Blocking Prosecution of Affiliated Gangs: The Justice Department’s head, Eric Holder, blocked prosecution of baton wielding Black Panthers for voter intimidation. The US Commission on Civil Rights wrote to Holder inquiring about the “broad culture of hostility to race-neutral enforcement of the civil rights laws; a pattern of harassment and intimidation against those who work on suits in which the defendants are racial minorities; and instructions from a political appointee that basic voting rights laws will not be enforced against racial minorities during this administration.” Having such a minority immunity policy from the top is a great advantage to criminal gangs who in turn work with or for the Sinaloa Cartel. Listen, I am not blind to the fact that the United States has a huge cross section of people who facilitate the drug use and smuggling of narcotics into our nation. It is the dependency of all the people around the globe that has fueled the market for drugs. I know that. That said, I still would have said that the United States would not be a party to weapon and drug smuggling. Fast and Furious blew that theory. Apparently was WRONG in my assumptions. Every day we learn a little more of what is truly going on behind the scenes.
Vicente Jesus Zambada-Niebla, was arrested in Mexico in March 2009 and was extradited to the U.S. eleven months later, Zamabada-Niebla is accused of smuggling tons of cocaine and heroin into the U.S. Zamabada-Niebla claims he was working on behalf of the U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration, FBI, and U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, according to court documents.
The defendant in a trafficking case before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Vicente Jesus Zambada-Niebla, also has claimed the immunity deal allowed the the Sinaloa Cartel to “continue to smuggle tons and tons of illicit drugs” into the United States. Defendant Zambada-Niebla through his attorney, has requested the documents from the United States Attorney Generals office on the fast and furious investigation to assist in his defense. Chances are, he will not get his wish.
Zambada-Niebla has argued that he is protected from federal prosecution for trafficking drugs into the U.S. between 2004 and 2009 under an alleged immunity deal struck between the U.S. Government and Sinaloa leaders. I heard of many defenses in my years in law enforcement, like, I did not know there was drugs in my truck, I am just a passenger in the truck or the Police set me up. I have not heard a defense like “the United States has a deal with my bosses”, so you can’t arrest me. I have not heard that before.
Do you really believe that fast and furious is just a single event, no it is not. The only reason we are talking about it now is because of the unfortunate death of Border Patrol Agent Brain Terry. It took the death of one of our Guardians to expose the corruption that has gone unnoticed and unchecked. Eric Holder’s response….

The operation came under congressional scrutiny after it was linked to the December 2010 murder of U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry at the hands of Mexican bandits.
An investigative report, spearheaded by Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), found that most of the weapons provided to Mexican criminals under the operation were going to the Sinaloa Cartel, arguably one of the world’s largest drug trafficking organizations.
In a court pleading filed last July, Zambada-Niebla made the claims about an immunity deal. “Mr. Zambada-Niebla believes that the documentation that he requests will confirm that the weapons received by Sinaloa Cartel members and its leaders in Operation ‘Fast & Furious’ were provided under the agreement entered into between the United States government and [a Mexican lawyer] on behalf of the Sinaloa Cartel that is the subject of his defense …,” it said. “Mr. Zambada-Niebla believes that the documentation will also provide evidence showing that the United States government has a policy and pattern of providing benefits, including immunity, to cartel leaders, including the Sinaloa Cartel and their members, who are willing to provide information against rival drug cartels.” Read complete article:
Is this incident going to turn into Obama’s Watergate, I hope so, but at the rate the mainstream media is dragging their butts, I doubt anything will happen. The old Potomac Two Step…I don’t dance, do you?
The evidence is mounting that the Fast and Furious gun giveaway was orchestrated and/or initiated from the top of the Obama administration. Forbes Magazine is calling it “Obama’s Watergate.” Are we to believe that they gave away enough guns to equip a small army of narco terrorists out of a simple error? We would have to be pretty gullible to believe that. We have to ask just what they intended to achieve by doing this. It was a truly extravagant gift to the Sinaloa Federation Cartel. It was not just expensive in tax dollars; it was expensive in political capital, and it was so close to the 2012 election.
People don’t give such expensive things away for nothing. The Obama people must have expected something in return. Consider the fact that Eric Holder, the Attorney General, and the Obama Administration has a long and continuing pattern of giving gifts to the Sinaloa Cartel: Preserving Open Smuggling Routes: Remember when Arizona sought to enforce its own borders? Eric Holder sued to keep Arizona from identifying and arresting illegal immigrants. All of Mexican side of the border with Arizona is controlled by the Sinaloa Cartel. Their territory reaches from Texas to Arizona. Blocking Arizona’s border enforcement was a very generous gift for the smugglers of Sinaloa.
I still can not believe the scope of this monster, that was given birth just a few short months ago. Where it will end, nobody know. It has to stop and all players must be held accountable. Of course Obama is going to say that he has no knowledge of what has happened, are you going to believe it..I certainly am not. We must continue to hold this administration accountable.
Our Country, is on the verge of destruction, in just four short years, look what has happened. Is this what you want? Yet with all that has been uncovered, you hear very little in the main stream media, they are to blame just as much as this administration is to blame.
Obama could care less about the constitution, he violates daily, yet nothing is done. November can not get here quick enough. We must take our Country back from these corrupt politicians and vote them all out, and start over.

Just a little side note, I apologize for not posting for the past couple of months, I have had some health issues I have been dealing with, hopefully I will be up to speed in the next month or two.
