Eric Holder - Not Our Friend

After announcing that the trial of KSM will now be held in a Military venue, Eric Holder plays the blame game, yesterday blaming Congress for politicizing the trial on Khalid Sheikh Mohammad.  KSM and any other terrorist linked to any terrorist cell should be tried in a Military Court, not a criminal court. However Holder has delayed this trial long enough. I can't imagine the pain Holder has caused the families by not making a decision which should have been made within 6 months. He already knew New York did not want, nor supported having the trial in New York, it would be way to costly and the security would have been a night mare to say the least.  Holder has done his best to drag this trial out as long as he could, but he finally caved in,  so to save face, and not run the possibility of losing the trial,  like what almost happened with Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani, 36, who was convicted of just one count of conspiracy to destroy government buildings and property. Ghailani was convicted on only one count, out of over 280 counts filed by HOLDER!  As the Attorney General of the United States Holder should be ashamed of his dismal failure in this case, yet Holder chose to try Ghailani in civilian court. Holder did so knowing he had a chance of blowing the entire case because his star witness was not allowed to testify, yet he rolled the dice, and damned near lost. This shows you he is willing to risk it all, he cares not about justice, he cares not about the security of the United States, he cares about Eric Holder and following the Obama doctrine, a doctrine of appeasement.  Still afraid to call a terrorist for what they are, Radical Extremist Muslims, and by continuing to be apologetic for past actions of the United States. Here is a quote by Obama's   U.S. Attorney General, who  released the following statement relating to President Obama’s historic speech in Cairo, Egypt:

“The President’s pledge for a new beginning between the United States and the Muslim community takes root here in the Justice Department where we are committed to using criminal and civil rights laws to protect Muslim Americans. A top priority of this Justice Department is a return to robust civil rights enforcement and outreach in defending religious freedoms and other fundamental rights of all of our fellow citizens in the workplace, in the housing market, in our schools and in the voting booth. “There are those who will continue to want to divide by fear – to pit our national security against our civil liberties – but that is a false choice. We have a solemn responsibility to protect our people while we also protect our principles.”  

In March 2007, after four years in captivity, including six months of detention at Guantanamo Bay, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed — as it was claimed by a Combatant Status Review Tribunal Hearing in Guantanamo Bay — confessed to masterminding the September 11, 2001 attacks, the Richard Reid shoe bombing attempt to blow up an airliner over the Atlantic Ocean, the Bali nightclub bombing in Indonesia, the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and various foiled attacks, like the the failed bombing of American Airlines Flight 63, the Millennium Plot, and the murder of Daniel Pearl.

In spite of all of the above, Barack Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder wanted to prosecute KSM in federal court!!!  Can you imagine, on the battlefield, a soldier capturing an enemy combatant.."You have the right to remain silent, anything you say will be used against you in a court of law!  It makes me sick, but this is how this administration thinks. I could not imagine the outcome of WWII if Obama and Holder were in power..I can see it now, Mr. Hitler, you have the right to remain silent...Even though the Miranda rights did not exist in that era, I just stop and think of what if.............................. In addition, the Patriot Act is now rendered toothless thanks to Mr. Holder. I just can not imagine another 4 years of the duo of Obama & Holder, it is more than I could bear to tolerate.
